It's good if you have no idea what Knowledge Management is, want to grasp the basics or understand a little more about it. However, the exam isn't really very hard at all and can mostly be answered with common sense. Information can be found through reading and online searches for free.
What would you recommend to improve the course?
Change the exam to questions related to the course itself. A lot of it is common sense and not KM based really. Not actually testing what you've learned on the course itself. Simply gaps to fill in, one question of which the answer is given to you.
