Terms and Conditions

Delegate rules and conditions

a) To ensure that classroom webinar courses are effective and are not interrupted, we operate a strict ‘shut door policy’ for our training courses and late arrivals will not be rescheduled or refunded. Cut off times for training courses are as follows:
(i) For training courses that begin at 9:30am, delegates will not be permitted to participate in the courses after 9:40am
(ii) For training courses that begin at 1:30pm, delegates will not be permitted to participate in the courses after 1:40pm

(b) Delegates must attend and participate fully throughout the entire content of the course to obtain a certificate, no refunds will be provided for candidates who do not participate fully.
(i) You must have access to a device with video functionality/webcam
(ii) Your video must stay on throughout the entire course unless instructed by the tutor or moderator

(c) Certificate download for completion of a course will only be provided to delegates once full payment has been received for such course.
(i)  There may be an associated charge for the download of a CPD certificate for delegates who attend the course using a promotional or discount code.
(i) All delegates who attend our classroom webinar training courses (which are delivered in English) need to have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the English language in order to receive a certificate of attendance. No refunds will be provided if a delegate is found to not have an adequate understanding of the English language.

(d) All training courses are recorded for quality and training purposes.

Refunds

A refund may be requested no less than 2 business days’ before the start of the webinar. A booking fee of 10% may be withheld from the refund at the company's discretion.

Agreed refunds may not always be completed before the start of the webinar, but will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

Once a refund has been agreed in writing, you will not be able to attend the webinar against which the refund is being made and your place will be released to another delegate.

No show: no refund.

Less than 2 business days’ notice: no refund.

Cancelled webinars by the provider

The Mandatory Training Group reserves the right to cancel webinars at any time, for example in the case of tutor illness or in the event that we have not met our minimum requirement for the number of attendees. Where The Mandatory Training Group cancels the event, a full refund of the fee paid, including any booking fee or the option to take the webinar on a different date shall be offered wherever possible. The Mandatory Training Group will not provide any kind of compensation packages for courses that do not proceed. 

Privacy

The Mandatory Training Group is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our booking portal or the webinar platform, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement.

Intellectual property

All handouts provided by The Mandatory Training Group or the tutor (‘copyright holders’) contain content that belongs to The Mandatory Training Group and these cannot be copied or distributed without written authorization from The Mandatory Training Group Any unauthorised use of any materials created and presented by any of the copyright holders listed above, may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Under no circumstances can any student or other attendee of a webinar, make any recording or capture any moving or still images of the webinar, the slides, the tutor or other participants. All content belongs to the tutor and/or The Mandatory Training Group who hold the final decision as to what content may be made available for download to support the student’s learning.

Advertisement

Whilst every attempt will be made to hold fees at the levels advertised, we reserve the right to change fees from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
